Had a good solid meeting with the cast and crew today for the Fish Food production. Went over some key issues in the script, particularly the struggle sequence where one of the actors will have to wrestle the other to the ground contain, struggle and then stab the other actor until dead. Having recently done the action packed shooting on Top Rock with dance sequences So theory would hopefully apply to a fight sequence And should be similar in the approach of placing the camera and camera movement.
We took a trip the the location to block out some of the more difficult shots. Again like top rock, this opportunity provides at the very least an ice breaker, but allows me to become knowledgeable on any problems or key shots that will be in benefit to the shoot dates.
One issue i am already concerned about is the constantly changing UK weather as the entire shoot is outdoors. So unfortunately the weather is out of the circle of control. Everything else controllable is ready to go for the shoot.
