Composite Editing

The project is now under real construction. I have spent most of the day construction the composition from the green screen footage and the background footage. The project is now starting to take some visual shape, a product can be seen through the hoards of footage. After sorting the footage into designated locations amongst the project files, its initially a matter of dropping the background footage behind the keyed green footage. This process can be seen below.

Once all the footage has been composited, i then went through them again to colour correct, mainly to balance the difference in warmth, or add any desired changes to the grade. Third stop was to do any relevant animation of the footage to match the crane movement in the green footage. Such as the opening shot the crane pans down to reveal mike stood in the scene. This was achieved by simply animating the background layer in time with the movement of the cranes movement

Next in line is to shoot the footage for the flower hitting the ground, i will shoot this after James's Fish Food production is in the can.
