This was a great experience, regardless of the lacking attendance, i felt learned a personal lesson in communication and confidence in doing so. My theory in doing the interview in a group experience payed off big time. To my surprise, talking to a group of people was easier than talking to an individual. I reckon this is down to the ability not need to focus on one person, and keep more general when instructing. By doing this it gave me a boost to keep conversation going, and have a successful interview process with as little uncomfortable silences as possible. Very happy with the outcome overall.
The aim of this interview process was to make a decision on successful applicants through these issues:

- Availability on dates given
- Appearance on screen
- Costume access
At the moment i am looking to use Katherine. She has the best appearance by a long shot.
