The other day i attended my first ever networking even. As punishing this sounds to my development, i am very proud to say that i didn't go quiet and waste the event which i anticipated, but i actually flourished, talked to many strangers, exchanged cards and got noticed by new people which is a real confidence booster! I even run out of cards!! A will definitely be attending the next one, and any others that come up! Aslong as they dont clash with the dreaded part time job which always seems to be the case!! hmmm
