Casting Call - Actor/Actress Interviews

The interviews are set. All look wiling and able to preform the part. Now i have been contemplating how to approach the interview process. In past interview setups, i have experienced the "xfactor" style judge line up, auditioning one by one. My plan for these interviews couldn't be much further from the opposite. I am gathering all the actors together into the same meeting.

The Interview will look something like this:

Casting Interviews

Plan

- Thanks for taking the time to come (welcome speech)

- Yes, there is no actual dialogue script, however there is a visual reading

of the story (Provide Copies)

- Ask regarding images of costume they can provide, and if they have access to these. (make notes of who has wardrobe)

- Roll out dates for the shoot and rehearsals - (make notes of who can attend)

- Ask for questions???: provide best possible answer

- Brief them on the casting workshop

- have them individually play out the same sequence onto grenscreen

( this will make them feel at ease with what is to come)

- give them the opportunity to leave after there performance or watch back others

( a form of testing for encouragement towards there interest of the project)

Here are the hopefuls applying for the two roles:
